In the rare chance that there is an issue with the quality of the print, or it is significantly different than the Marketplace page or approved proof, contact us within 5 days of receiving your product(s) so that we can resolve this for you.


We are happy to exchange your order if you have received the correct order, but aren't happy with the sizing.

  • 30 days within order ship date
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't worn, washed, or damaged
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for exchange.  Please do not mail items to us that have not been provided an RMN.

Shipping charges

You will be responsible for return postage of your exchange item, and we will cover the postage for the replacement item.

You are responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to Ink Engine.
