Our Story
Hello - I'm Shannon! I am the founder of Ink Engine and have a background in graphic design. I am the person you'll chat with when setting up your Marketplace account, and you'll find me printing and packaging each of your orders.
Also pictured is my dad, Ken. He is the reason Ink Engine even exists. In 2018, Ken purchased a used direct-to-garment printer that started us on this road of garment decoration. A couple months later he opened up Splash Marketing Solutions, and he added embroidery and wide format printing. We were rocking it out in 300 square feet area for about a year, where we'd work during our days off.
In late 2019, we moved into a dedicated location in Calgary. This allowed me to take this gig full time, when I then invested in the full DTG setup you see today to bring Ink Engine to life.
